The Tassel Loafer is a subcultural classic and is offered here in our polished smooth leather, a twist on the classic leather: durable, with a smooth and polished finish. The classic tassel loafer in Black Polished Smooth leather is made with Goodyear welt, meaning the upper and sole are heat-sealed and sewn together. Air-cushioned sole is oil and fat resistant and offers good abrasion and slip resistance.

Care Instruction: Clean away any dirt using a damp cloth and allow to dry. Apply a correctly coloured wax-based shoe polish to restore shine.

Care Instruction

Clean away dirt using a damp cloth and allow to dry, then apply clear or coloured wax polish as appropriate, using a shoe brush, (Neutral can be applied to all colours). Allow to dry, then buff vigorously to desired shine using a second clean shoe brush. (We advise to use 2 brushes per colour, one to add the polish and the second, clean dry brush, to buff up the leather for the best results).

Construction

The upper and sole are heat-sealed and sewn together, not merely glued like many footwear constructions.
